11. Bids must include a tender guarantee for a total amount of:
• Lot 1: 10.0000.000 FCFA equivalent to 15 245 euros for lot 1 as a whole;
• Lot 2: 7, 000, 000 FCFA equivalent to 10, 671 euros for lot 2 as a whole.
Each tender guarantee will remain valid for 28 days from the expiration of the validity of the offers. The validity of the offers is fixed at 120 days from the date of opening of the envelopes.
