The services of this Quotation Request include the acquisition of equipment in agro-pastoral clothing for the installation of young beneficiaries of the Special Three-Year Youth Plan (PTSJ), in accordance with the characteristics and quantities of the supplies, its commissioning and its reception.
The file can be accessed and removed from distribution of this Notice to the Public Procurement Service located at 4 th floor door No. 404 S building headquarters of the Ministry of Youth and S Civic Education in Nlongkak / Yaoundé, against presentation a receipt of payment to the public treasury of a non-refundable sum of fifty thousand (50, 000) CFA francs. A copy of the receipt of this payment will be attached to the Quotation Request File.
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a tender bond established by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance in the amount of nine hundred and ninety thousand (990, 000) CFA francs and valid for thirty ( 30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.
