object of the contract : acquisition and maintenance of a high speed black and white digital printer this consultation concerns the acquisition (supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and training) and maintenance of a high speed black and white digital printer (solutions for high volume digital printing with print servers for the city`s reprography center). Place of execution of works, delivery of supplies or provision of services:20, boulevard d`aiguillon 06600 antibes main features : this adapted open procedure is subject to the provisions of articles r. 2123-1.1, r. 2123-4 to r. 2123-6 of the public order code. This consultation will be carried out in application of articles r. 2162-1 to r 2162-6, r. 2162-13 and r. 2162-14 of the public order code. Quantity or extent: the total amount including acquisition and maintenance for the duration tof the framework agreement (the flat-rate acquisition taking place only during the first year of the framework agreement) is between a minimum and a maximum, defined as follows. . minimum amount: 40 000 euros h.t.; maximum amount: 80, 000 euros excluding tax the framework agreement is concluded for a period from april 1, 2020 (or from its date of notification if it is later) until march 31, 2024.
