This international invitation to tender (AAOI) follows the general procurement notice for the project published in Development Business online and on the Bank`s portal www.afdb.org in July 2015.

The Lake Chad Basin Commission (LCBC) received a Loan and Donations from the African Development Bank (ADF) to cover the cost of the Program for the Rehabilitation and Strengthening of the Resilience of Socio-EcoIogical Systems (PRESIBALT), and intends to allocate part of the proceeds of this financing to payments relating to the market for the Acquisition and installation on sites of four (04) mini-dairies in Pouss, Logone Birni, Bogo and Mindif - Far North Region of Cameroon .

▪ LOT I: Acquisition and installation on sites of two (02) mini-dairies in POUSS and LOGONE-BIRNI.

▪ LOT 2: Acquisition and installation on sites of two (02) mini-dairies at BOGO and MINDIF.

The tender documents (DAO) could be purchased by the candidates for the services mentioned above and against payment of a non-refundable amount of seventy-five (75) thousand CFA Francs. The receipt or payment receipt must be attached to the offer.
