Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Acquisition and Installation of Motorized Distribution Cells and Their Integration into the Existing Mini Scada

Interested candidates can obtain information from SONABEL and examine the tender documents at
the address mentioned below: Secretariat of the Procurement Department 3rd floor, door n ° 88,
from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., at the SONABEL headquarters.
The period of execution of the work is two hundred and forty (240) days.

Interested candidates may withdraw the tender documents against payment of a non-refundable
sum of two hundred thousand (200, 000) FCFA at the address mentioned below: Secretariat of the
Procurement Department located on the third floor of the new SONABEL headquarters building. The
purchase of the file will be made by cash payment at the main cash desk at SONABEL Headquarters.

The tender documents will be delivered in hard copy. A copy of the hard copy of the tender dossier can be consulted free of charge on site at the said secretariat.

Tenders must be submitted to the Secretariat of the Contracts Department no later than 09/11/2020 at 9 a.m. UT. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Bids must include a tender guarantee in the amount of: - Four million nine hundred thousand
(4, 900, 000) FCFA.
