2. Estimated cost

3. Delivery time
The delivery time shall not exceed one (01) month, from the date of notification of the service order prescribing the start of delivery of the supply.

7. Acquisition of the file

8. Submission of bids
Offers written in English or French, in seven (7) copies, one original and six (06) copies, marked as such, in accordance with the requirements of the Listing Application File, must be filed against receipt or sent by registered post. with acknowledgment of receipt to the General Affairs Department (Sub-Directorate of Budget, Equipment and Maintenance, Market Service, Door 508) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Yaounde, no later than July 24, 2018 at 15:00 sharp .

9. Admissibility of tenders
Tenders must be accompanied by a six hundred thousand (600, 000) Franc CFA deposit bond issued by an approved bank or insurance company authorized by the Minister of Finance.
