Description : The Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) is seeking proposals from experienced and professional Accounts Receivables Management Services providers, to carry out the services as described in Appendix B: Requirements and Scope of Work. TSSA is seeking to implement a process for managing delinquent accounts across all program areas. The objective is to manage the accounts receivable days sales outstanding in a cost-effective manner, with a long-term collection campaign with flexibility built in to address the change in business requirements and economic conditions. While the TSSA cannot guarantee the volume of any assignment, it is anticipated that the total initial listing for distribution to the successful vendors, regardless of assignment level, will be approximately 2000 currently placed accounts with a value of approximately $2, 000, 000.
