Tenders are invited for Accounting System.
Tender Fees: RO 2000/- (Non Refundable).
Deadline for obtaining tender documents 22nd Juty2018 12:00 PM.
Companies and institutions registered with the Tender Board as Grade I and specialized in providing the Accounting System. May obtain tender documents, terms, and conditions from CMS s premises in Ruwi. Department of Administrative affairs, second floor in CMA building against paying the specified fees per copy.
Each vendors must attach a copy of the receipt issues toward payment of the tender document with their bids. Please note that bids without receipts will be excluded.
Bidders are required to submit bid bonds with their bids in the form of a bank guarantee or check certified from an operating bank in the Sultanate equivalent to 2 % of the tender value titled with the name of Capital Market Authority and valid for (90) days from the submission date. Offers not complying with this shall be rejected.
Offers shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and the tender number and title shall be written on the outside cover. There should be no mention of the bidder's name or what refers to it.
Offers shall be addressed to Head of Purchase Committee. Capital Market Authority and envelops shall be placed in the tender box at the Department of Financial Affairs before 12 p.m. of the deadline specified above. Offers submitted after the specified deadline shall not be accepted whatsoever is the reason.
CMA is not bound to accept the lowest offer or any other bid.
