Description of the service: The winning company must provide the following services: - Reception and integral management of the delivery: Collection of notifications and digital file, on the same day of the draw. - Delivery: Start the delivery of notifications the day after the draw day. Notifications must be delivered within a maximum period of 3 days from the draw, according to article 27.2 of the Organic Law of the General Electoral System (LOREG).- Notification attempts: A minimum must be established of 2 delivery attempts at different times.- Management of undeliverables: Return failed notifications to the City Council immediately, leaving a notice at the address of the owner, so that he can pick it up at the municipal offices.- Accreditation of the delivery: Use of electronic devices (PDA) or similar to collect the signature of the recipient or authorized person, the data and/or record of incidents.- Daily recording and sending of the result of each of the notifications.- Return information: This will be telematic with results and incidences, and physical notifications, daily. - Have a person responsible for the awarded company; for the exchange of information, documentation and possible daily incidents every morning.
