Description: Object of the contract is the transfer of an identity and access management SaaS solution together with supplementary services for their initial introduction, adaptation, maintenance and operating support in the form of a framework contract with the German Gesellschaft für International Cooperation (GIZ) GmbH (demand carrier).

The fixed basic period of the framework contract to be concluded includes two temporal phases: on the one hand, the production and introduction of the IAM software solution for the productive use to the requirements of GIZ with the replacement of existing environment and, on the other, the phase of the operational Use of the IAM SaaS solution. The fixed basic period begins with the contract and ends as at 31.12.2027. The GIZ plans to enlarge the introduction in the planned range of functions and the replacement of the existing IAM solution until the end of 2023 followed by a planned four-year productive useful life.
