Abstract: SIB is seeking to run a series of Corporate Governance Workshops for selected start-up and early stage SME's to provide key personnel (management and directors) with training and oversight of good Corporate Governance and Board Reporting practices, as well as an early introduction to planning and preparing for a future exit i.e. to make exit planning an ongoing focus for the board.
