Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is UP15BNYM and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06. FOB Destination shall be NEW YORK, NY 10007The DOJ BOP Field Offices - MCC NEW YORK requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: TABLES, MANUFACTUREDMCC, NEW YORK MAINTAINS A REQUIREMENT FOR 60 TABLES. MUST BE MANUFACTURED OUT OF 2" STEEL SQUARE 11 GAUGE STEEL TUBING UNDER THE TABLETOP FOR SUPPORT. FOUR HEXAGON SEAT TOPPED MUST BE SUPPORTED BY 2" STEEL SQUARE TUBING ALSO 11 GAUGE STEEL. a 6" x 6" x 1/4" STEEL PLATES WITH MOUNTING HOLES ON ALL FOUR CORNERS. THE FRAMEWORK MUST BE COMPLETELY WELDED AND POWDER COATED BLACK. THE TABLETOP AND THE SEAT TOPS MUST BE MADE FROM 12-GAUGE 2B STAINLESS STEEL. THE STAINLESS TOPS MUST HAVE STUDS MOUNTED THEM THAT WILL BOLT TO THE STEEL FRAME AND NYLON HEX NUTS WILL BE SUED TO SECURE THE TOPS IN PLACE. ALL STAINLESS STEEL EDGES MUST HAVE A DUTCH BEND TO PREVENT SHARP EDGES FROM INJURING OR CLINGING ONTO A PERSONS CLOTHING OR SELF. AT THE BASE OF EACH SEAT MUST HAVE A TUBE ALSO FROM 11 GAUGE STEEL WITH AN END CAP AND BOLT HOLE SO THAT IT CAN BE BOLTED TO THE FLOOR.
