Tenders are invited for 4x4 Double Cabin and Saloon Motor Vehicle.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the
bidding document from procurement office at MERA Development house
second floor from 08:00-12:00; 13:00 16:30 hours local time (Monday to
Friday), except on national public Holidays and weekends.
A, Complete set Bidding Document with technical specifications in English
ianguage can be obtained from MERA’s procurement office upon payment of
a non-refundable fee of MK5, 000.00 cash or Bank certified cheque at cash
office of Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority (MERA).
Sealed Bids must be delivered to the address below( see 9) and deposited in
the Tender box at the middle ground floor Reception area of MERA at or before
14:00 hoursdocal time on Monday, 9th April, 2018 and must be in Sealed
envelopes clearly marked “bidding document for Motor Vehicle, accompanied
by Bid security*.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to
attend on Monday, 9th April, 2018 at 14:00 hours local time in the MERA
conference room of the address below. Late bids shall be rejected
