4. The Awarding Entity does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 67 section 1 point 6.
5. The Employer allows subcontractors. If the contractor will use subcontractors, the Employer requests to indicate the part of the contract which he intends to entrust to them, and to provide the names of the subcontractors' companies and their contact details (Annex 1 to the ToR). Provisions regarding subcontractors can be found in chapter XX of the ToR and in the draft contract.
