1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical devices, including diagnostic ones, for the purpose of implementing the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025/2026, for the needs of SP ZOZ MSWiA

in Poznań them. prof. Ludwik Bierkowski.

2. The description of the subject of the order, including information about the assortment, quantities and its requirements, is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - assortment and price form and Annex No. 2A - Description of the Subject of the Order.

3. The Ordering Party does not set any restrictions as to the origin of the Contractor and the subject of the order in terms of market availability and participation in this procedure.

4. The subject of the order should be brand new, ready for work without any additional purchases and investments, delivered at the Contractor's expense, risk and transport along with with documentation in Polish.

5. The year of production of the given equipment, systems or devices corresponds to the year of delivery.

6. Date of the guarantee and warranty granted by the Contractor:

60 months from the date of signing the final acceptance report without any comments

7. The subject of the order also includes staff training the Ordering Party in the scope of ongoing service, maintenance and operation of the offered equipment.

8. The subject of the order will be delivered at cost, risk and by transport Contractors.
