The FCU s are needed to supply conditioned air to the family waiting area and staff areas for the surgery recovery located on the fourth floor of building 1. There have been several complaints about the high temperature in the waiting area. The existing FCU s are not in operation because of needed repairs, but they are obsolete, so parts cannot not be purchased for them.
