Tender Details

Tender are invited for Construction of 40 x 72 pre-engineered building to be used as a fire station. Work includes 40'x72' building x 17' high metal building system; r-19 metal building insulation for roof and walls; excavation; concrete pad for building foot print with consideration of the loaded weight of heavy fire apparatus with 20'x 40' aprons front and rear; concrete foundation; heating to include a radiant in-floor heat system; 200 amp electrical service with breaker panel adequate; 12' wide x 14' high r-12 insulated overhead doors with windows; floor drains and roughed in plumbing for future lavatory fixtures.
