The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment, systems and devices for the SP ZOZ MSWiA in Poznań. prof. Ludwik Bierkowski
The subject of the order should be brand new, ready for work without any additional purchases and investments, delivered at cost, risk and transport. Contractors along with documentation in Polish.
1. Year of production of the given equipment, systems or devices consistent with the year of delivery
2. The deadline for the guarantee and warranty granted by the Contractor:
60 months from the date of signing the final acceptance report without any comments - for parts: 2, 3, 4,
24 months from date signing the final acceptance report without comments - for parts: 1, 5, 6, 7, 8
3. The subject of the order also includes training of the Ordering Party's staff in the scope of ongoing operation, maintenance and operation of the offered equipment.
4. The subject of the order will be delivered at cost and risk the Contractor's transport.
It is not allowed to offer used, reconditioned or demonstration devices. The devices must be free from any physical (design) defects, legal.
6. The offered equipment must have the required certificates and markings provided for in the provisions of the Medical Devices Act, proving the required approval for use and marketing in Poland, i.e. a CE certificate and a declaration of conformity in accordance with ...
