TERMS OF REFERENCE

I. PROJECT :

BEST PRACTICE SHARING FOR TOURISM STAKEHOLDERS

(October 11-12, 2018)

II. OBJECTIVE:

To create a venue where industry stakeholders can identify, recognize and share the practices that work best for them.

III. MIMIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR BIDDERS

-c Must be an accredited and at least a Three Star Hotel in Manila or Makati

-c Must be willing to provide service on a send-bill arrangement

IV. DELIVERABLES

-c Accommodation with 2 Breakfasts and 2 Dinners for Speakers and Secretariat

7 twin rooms x 2 nights

Check in: October 10, 2018

Check out: October 12, 2018

Breakfast : October 11 & 12, 2018

Dinner: October 11 & 12, 2018

-c Function Room in the same hotel for 2 whole days with banquet service (AM and PM snacks, free-flowing coffee and tea and lunch for 100 pax; October 11-12, 2018).

- Backdrop 100 sq ft. x 25 sq ft.

V. TOTAL BUDGET:

P1, 500/ pax/meal (dinner) x 9 pax x 2 nights = P27, 000.00

P 1, 200/pax/day x 2 days x 100 pax (AM/PM Snacks, Buffet Lunch- with 5 % estimated increase) = P 240, 000.00

P6, 700 (audio visual requirements ) x 2 days = P18, 400.00
