Tenders are invited for 29HAV18 Rehabilitation shed 38 Project management

Short description : Shed 38 at Akershusstranda 19 was built as a warehouse in 1915 and converted to offices for Oslo Havn KF in 1987. The shed is approximately 4000 sqm BRA divided into four floors. The building is in need of extensive rehabilitation and funds have been allocated to the project. Current 38 has little effective use today. BorTetten from parts of the 1st floor and some individual offices on the top floor are used throughout the building of Oslo Harbor. After a rehabilitation it is assumed that 50 percent of the building will be rented to external.
