1) The Bukidnon Second District Engineering Office, through the CY 2025 Department of Education - Basic Education Facilities Fund (BEFF) intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY AND 94/100 (10, 588, 750.94) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25KB0140. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
