1. The DPWH, Iloilo 2nd District Engineering Office, through the FY 2025 DPWH Infrastructure Program Based on General Appropriation-s Bill - Early Procurement Activity (EPA) intends to apply the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Php 2, 475, 000.00 to payments under the contract 25GG0136 - CONSTRUCTION (COMPLETION) OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING, BARANGAY CARMELO, BANATE, ILOILO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
