The DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS & HIGHWAYS - SULTAN KUDARAT 1st DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE, intends to apply the sum of Php 48, 240, 571.70 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24MF0047 - Construction of Flood Control Structure along Ala River Purok Mabuhay, Brgy.Bambad, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
