1. The DPWH Camarines Sur 3rd District Engineering Office, through the FY-2024 DA-FMR intends to apply the sum of Php 9, 949, 834.12 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24FF0077 - Concreting of Brgy. Carolina FMR, Brgy. Carolina, Naga City, Camarines Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DPWH Camarines Sur 3rd District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Project. Completion of the Works is required 65 C.D. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
