Invitation to Bid

1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Mindoro Occidental

District Engineering Office, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro, through the FY

2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the corresponding

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contracts for the

following listed project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically

rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Mindoro Occidental

District Engineering Office, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro now invites bids

for the above procurement projects. Completion of the Works is required in the
