The DPWH - Mindoro Oriental District Engineering Office (MODEO), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) intends to apply the sum of Php 4, 002, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24CSED0003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial Proposals.
