The DPWH - Mindoro Oriental District Engineering Office (MODEO), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) intends to apply the sum of Php 2, 610, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24CSED0002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial Proposals.

The DPWH - Mindoro Oriental District Engineering Office (MODEO) now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the CONSULTING SERVICES ON THE CONDUCT OF SUB-SOIL INVESTIGATION FOR TEN (10) FLOOD CONTROL PROJECTS, ORIENTAL MINDORO. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before April 11, 2024 until 10:00 A.M. at DPWH Office of the BAC Secretariat. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
