The DPWH, Negros Occidental 2nd District Engineering Office through the FY 2022 DPWH Infrastructure Program intends to apply the sum of Php 72, 733, 980.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 22GL0037 - CONSTRUCTION OF BINALBAGAN RIVER BANK SLOPE PROTECTION (UPSTREAM OF ALICANTE BRIDGE) ALONG JCT. BAGONAWA-LA CASTELLANA-ISABELA ROAD, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL (PHASE II, LEFT BANK). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
