1. The DPWH, Negros Occidental 2nd District Engineering Office through the FY 2022 DPWH Infrastructure Program intends to apply the sum of Php 96, 500, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 22GL0031 - CONSTRUCTION OF BINALBAGAN RIVER BANK SLOPE PROTECTION (UPSTREAM OF BINALBAGAN BAGACAY BRIDGE) ALONG HINIGARAN-ISABELA RD, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL (PHASE III, LEFT BANK). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
