1. The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office VI through the FY 2022 DPWH Infrastructure Program intends to apply the sum of Php 33, 775, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 22G00059- Construction of Su-ay River Bank Slope Protection (Upstream of Su-ay Parallel Br.) along Bacolod South Road (Left Bank), Negros Occidental. Bids received in the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at sbid opening.
