neubau gymnasium (erw) situationthe additional single gymnasium is located in the northwest of the complex and, together with the existing gymnasium, completes the halden school complex. The new building stands detached and across the gymnasium building on today''s sports field and juts out of the ground with only the top four meters. In the 2nd basement is the beadapted standing staircase, in order to get into the new development area with the additional cloakrooms, wcs and technical rooms.sanierung old building (san) the caretaker''s flat will not be needed in the future, which suggests the dismantling of the later built staircase. The existing stairwell will be extended by one floor to accommodate the new use of the groupsopen to rooms. Replacement of the entire building services including new lighting fixtures, renewal of the surfaces, replacement of the combustible wooden ceilings in the staircase and earthquake reinforcements.
