INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMMON SUPPLIES AND ICT EQUIPMENT FOR ALL OFFICES/DEPARTMENTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANTAYAN FOR THE 2ND QUARTER OF CY 2024
1. The Municipality of Bantayan, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum One Million Two Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Sixty Pesos & 00/100 (Php 1, 237, 060.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMMON SUPPLIES AND ICT EQUIPMENT FOR ALL OFFICES/DEPARTMENTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANTAYAN FOR THE 2ND QUARTER OF CY 2024 / 2024-100-04-0198. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
