Description : Terms and Conditions Common to All Sites
1. The coverage/scope of security services shall include the following:
a. Protection of property from destruction, theft, pilferage, robbery, trespassing, sabotage, arson, forcible entry of armed person(s) and other unlawful acts and malicious mischiefs
b. Protection of PNOC officials, employees, visitors and guests from assault, harassment, threat, intimidation and other criminal acts
c. Protection from safety threats such as fire and effects from natural disasters and calamities
d. Maintenance of peace and order
e. Implementation of appropriate security related administrative rules and regulations
2. Qualifications
a. Qualifications of Security Guards
1. With current Private Security License issued by PNP-SOSIA
2. Physically and mentally fit-medical certificate to be submitted before deployment
3. Have undergone and passed neuro-psychiatric examination
4. Have passed drug testing
5. Have no pending criminal or administrative case
