“PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT GENERATOR”

1. The TARLAC AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY, through the Capital Outlay (CO) of the project “Upgrading of TAU SMART Center for FY 2021, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THIRTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P1, 013, 700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No. 2021-035 GOODS “PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT GENERATOR”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The TARLAC AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY now invites bids for the laboratory equipment. Delivery of the Goods is required Ninety (90) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
