Short description : In connection with the merger of Fet, Skedsmo and Srum to Lillestrm municipality, we want to start a project in change management with the use of LEAN methodology in the area of Adult Health Services. There will be different challenges in the different departments. Like all departments, the focus is on kUltra-building and service development. The main purpose of the project is to strengthen the managers` competence and ability to implement changes using LEAN methodology.
