Please note this rft is an extension of rft 151076. If you have applied for admission to this panel under rft 151076 and been successful, you do not need to re-apply under this rft (154865). Dublin city council is seeking to establish a panel for the provision of architectural services for projects of less than €1 million (ex. Vat) in value. Panel members will be required to provide architectural design and associated services for stages (i)-(v) of the capital works management framework or a subset thereof. As part of the service delivery, panel members will be required to provide the following minimum specialist skills design team lead, employer`s representative for works contracts, and design certifier and assigned certifier (under the building control amendment regulations 2014) psdp additional optional specialist skills may include architectural conservation consultancy services, dac and fire safety consultancy services it is intended that the architectural services to be provided will cover the following project types: residential (new build and refurbishment), public realm, precinct improvements, housing, civic, community, recreational, sports, infrastructural improvement masterplanning, mixed use/commercial etc.. The services will cover any and all work stages. Only those applicants capable of delivering all of the services listed above (whether in-house or as a grouping/consortium) will be considered. Therefore, applications relating to one or several of these services only are not acceptable and will be rejected. For further information please refer to attached documentation.
