General 1. the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward Reserves the Right to Increase or Decrease the Quantities Estimated in the Tender Form, and the Bidder Shall Not have Any Claim Against the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward for Any Loss, Damage or Expense Occasioned to Hereby. Scope This Tender is for 2019 Winter Sand Screening and Stockipiling for the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward (Herein Referred to As the Municipality And/Or the Owner). the Work Specified in This Contract will be Performed at the Locations Specified, or Otherwise, As Required in Strict Accordance with the Special Provision, Specifications and Conditions of This Contract. the Contractor Shall Provide All Labour, Equipment, Materials and Supervision Necessary to Complete the Work As Described in This Contract and the Referenced Materials. the Contractors Unit Price Bid Shall Include All Costs Including Labour, Equipment, Materials and Supervision Associated with the Sand Screening and Stockpiling As Specified in This Contract. the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward Reserves the Right to Increase or Decrease the Quantities Estimated in the Tender Form, and the Bidder Shall Not have Any Claim Against the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward for Any Loss, Damage or Expense Occasioned to Hereby.
