This Acan Provides Prospective Service Providers the Opportunity to Demonstrate that They Are Capable of Satisfying All Requirements Set out in This Advance Contract Award Notice by Way of Submitting a Statement of Capabilities on or Before the Posting End Date. Scope of Work for Proposed Service Provider the Vice-Dean for Francophone Affairs Needs the Services of Dr. Jeanne Drouin to Provide Strategic and Operational Support to Assist Francophone Affairs to Fulfill Its Mandate. in Addition to Support of the Various Training Programs, the Mandate of Francophone Affairs Includes Recruitment, the Development of Clinical Training Location, Professional Development and Teacher Training for Teachers and Supervisors, Research, the Creation of Educational Materials in French and Creating Opportunities for International Exchange and Collaboration. the Francophone Affairs Mandate Has a National Mission Through Funding from the National Health Training Consortium.
