Tenders are invited for 20_ 3083 Evaluation of the Education Promotion 2020 for continuing education
Short description: KD's overall goal with the assignment is to gain knowledge of whether the higher education crisis measures have worked as intended, or possibly the reasons why the measures did not work as intended. The evaluation shall provide knowledge of the processes related to implementation and implementation of the measures and of the results of the measures. The provider shall provide a description of how the measures are designed and implemented by the county authorities and assess the reasons why the counties may. choose to use the funds in different ways. The tenderer shall identify and assess factors on the supply and demand side that contribute to or inhibit good goal achievement in the individual measures. The tenderer must assess whether the grants have been used in accordance with the intention. It is desirable that the tenderer also gives an assessment of the effect of the measures in the form of additionality. By this we mean how many extra participants and apprenticeships the measures have led to, compared to a counterfactual situation.
