TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The sets of equipment shall be delivered, installed and tested in the FishCORAL processing center in Poblacion 1 Motiong Samar, Brgy. Alejandrea Jiabong Samar, and Brgy. Vigan. Gen. Macarthur E. Samar.

2. The delivery period of the equipment is within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from receipt of the Purchase Order or upon instruction from the end-user.

3. The wining bidder shall communicate to the FishCORAL representative (09959116763/09970741108), one week before the scheduled delivery date.

4. The winning supplier/bidder shall train the end-users on the operations and maintenance of the equipment upon delivery.

5. The winning supplier/bidder shall receive payment after the delivery, testing, installation of the items and training on the operations and maintenance have been rendered.

6. The winning supplier/bidder shall receive payment after the same items have been completely inspected by the authorized person/s from BFAR 8.
