emapis is a state-of-the-art java-based web application for the management of financial aid in rural areas. It was introduced in 2017 and is used by around 170 employees at the federal and cantonal levels. Emapis is operated within the federal republic of germany and is extremely stable. With the present publication, software maintenance, development and support of emapis will be available from wedin 2019 for the next 10 years. The software components used in emapis are available under eupl as copy left license, free of charge. They are not subject to any restrictions on use. The source code has a high quality.
