the owner invites tenders for: construction of; water and storm utilities, road and curb upgrades, street lighting, and storm retention ponds:

. Installation of 440 lineal meters of pvc storm pipe ranging from 300 to 600mm diameter;

. Directional drill of 110 lineal meters of 600mm diameter hdpe storm;

. Installation of 16 lineal meters of 200mm diameter water;

. Installation of approximately 730 lineal meters of curb and gutter;

. Installation of a street lighting and conduit;

. Placement of precast concrete headwall and rip-rap in vernon creek;

. Placement of approximately 3000 square meters of road hot mix asphalt;
