The BFAR 08, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites eligible suppliers to bid for the hereunder contract:

NAME OF CONTRACT: 19-08-1099 Supply, Delivery and Installation of 3 units pre-fabricated 6m x 9m HDPE Fish Cages for Grouper Production and 6 units pre-fabricated 6m x 9m HDPE Fish Cages for Bangus Production to be given to identified association-beneficiaries of Tabango, Calubian and San Isidro, Leyte under SAAD Program 2019.

Approved Budget of the Contract: PHP 2, 514, 856.99

Contract Period: 30 calendar days

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. That the winning bidder for Lot 1 (Grouper Production) shall deliver the 3 units pre-fabricated Fish Cages to the following sites:

a. 1 unit Fish Cage materials at Calubian, Leyte;

b. 1 unit Fish Cage materials at San Isidro, Leyte; &

c. 1 unit Fish Cage materials at Tabango, Leyte.

2. That the winning bidder for Lot 2 (Bangus Production) shall deliver the 6 units pre-fabricated Fish Cages to the following sites:

a. 2 unit Fish Cage materials at Calubian, Leyte;

b. 2 unit Fish Cage materials at San Isidro, Leyte; &

c. 2 unit Fish Cage materials at Tabango, Leyte.

3. That the winning bidder for Lot 1 (3 units) and Lot 2 (6 units) shall deliver the Pre-fabricated 6m x 9m HDPE Fish Cages within 30 days upon receipt of written notice.

4. That the winning bidder shall install the pre-fabricated Fish Cages on site.

5. That payment shall be made after the delivery of pre-fabricated Fish Cages and installation have been made, papers processed and inspected by BFAR 8 authorized representative.

FOR PROCUREMENT OF GOODS:

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.
