(18254) 704 optimization of rav consulting
the compensation office of the unemployment insurance (seco-tc) is the responsible body for unemployment insurance at the federal level. Seco-tc is writing a project to optimize the advice of jobseekers on the rav. Thus, the rav consultation is prepared for future challenges. Together with several interested cantons of the german and win eastern switzerland, seco-tc has launched two subprojects in the form of experimental field trials. The subprojects are outlined in the appendix. The first consists of an intensive training for personnel consultants; the second from an increased contact density.
