as a company savings bank, the sparkasse offers authorized persons standardized services in the field of “savings and payments“ to authorized personnel (skb). “investing and financing“ services are not offered. The keeping and processing of all data may only take place in switzerland. The subject of the invitation to tender is the selection of the future (ab 1.5.2020) service provider for the application service providing (asp) of a suitable it-bank solution and the handling of selected business processes (bpo) for at least 7 years up to max. 12 years. It is intended to hire a provider to perform all the services specified in the invitation to tender as a general contractor. The service providerenables the core processes, which are complemented by services in the back office area.

description of options: runseit after number 2.8 divided into basic order (01.05.2020 30.04.2027) and option (01.05.2027 30.04.2032). Option 1: alternative e-banking login procedure for users without a smartphone. This option assumes that the 2-factor authentication of the e-banking login procedure is performed on a system that requires a smartphone. This option is only in this case to offer. The requirements (ek, ts and zk) for an alternative login procedure are the same as for a smartphone-based method. / option 2: for project-based enhancements, adjustments and enhancements of the banking solution as well as for new operating services for the skb through the expansion of the offer portfolio of the provider, wia total budget of chf 4.2 million has been planned for the entire term of the operating contract. For further developments, the provider will provide resources amounting to around 1, 500 person-days to agreed qualifications and day-to-day legislation in accordance with the information in appendix 1 “catalog of requirements zkk“ifference between the budgeted chf 4.2 million and the costs offered for the 1''500 man-days is kept as a budget for new services from the portfolio of the provider for the skb.
