as a company savings bank, cepf offers authorized persons standardized services in the area of savings and payments. It does not offer any service in the area of placement and financing. The storage and processing of all data must take place in switzerland only. The offer callit deals with the selection of the future provider of the 1.5.2020 for the supply of application service providing / asp (application service providing / asp) of an appropriate computerized banking solution and the development of selected business processes (business process outsourcing / bpo) for a period of min.7 and max.12 years. It is expected that a tenderer will beas a general contractor. The service provider supports the key processes, which are complemented by services in the back office area.

description of options: the duration of the contract indicated in section 2.8 covers the duration of the basic mandate (01.05.2020 30.04.2027) and the duration in option (01.05.2027 30.04.2032). Option 1: alternative procedure for connecting to electronic banking services for users without a smartphone. In this option, it is assumed that the authenticatortwo factors of the electronic banking connection procedure are performed with a system requiring a smartphone. This option should only be offered if this is the case. The requirements (qualification criteria, technical specifications and award criteria) for an alternative connection procedure are the same as forfor a procedure based on the use of a smartphone. / option 2: a total budget of 4.2 million francs is planned for the entire duration of the operating contract for project-based developments, for adaptations and extensions of the banking solution as well as for new operating benefits for cepf decoulant the extension of the tenderer''s tender portfolio. For the development, the tenderer makes available, over the entire duration of the contract, resources of the order of 1500 person-days, with the qualifications and daily rates corresponding to the indications of annex 1 catalog of requirements part zkk. The difference between the 4.2 mthe budgeted costs and the cost of 1, 500 person-days are kept available as a budget for new services to cepf from the bidder''s portfolio. Throughout the duration of the contract, cepf may, on the basis of an offer from the tenderer, order individual projectsisolated as extensions of the wallet. Transfers are possible within the budget item of 4.2 million francs.
