Terms and Conditions:
1. That the winning bidder shall provide Food, Venue and Accommodation on October 8 to 12, 2018.
2. That the winning bidder shall follow the suggested Menu by BFAR 8.
3. That the winning bidder shall provide sound system, projector and free flowing coffee during the entire activity.
4. That the winning bidder shall receive payment after services have been satisfactorily rendered, papers processed and inspected by the duly authorized representative of BFAR 8.
Upon receipt of at least three (3) quotations on or before the submission deadline, the BAC shall open the quotations.
Sealed quotations and other requirements stated below shall be submitted or send thru LBC to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of BFAR 8, 3rd Floor SDC Bldg. I, Marasbaras, Tacloban City; or emailed @ bfar8bac@gmail.com.
Supplier shall submit the following requirements:
a. Duly signed Request for Quotation. Prices shall be quoted in Philippine Peso.
b. PhilGEPS Registration number
c. Valid Mayor-s/Business Permit
d. License
e. Omnibus Sworn Statement
Quotations shall be compared and evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:
a. Completeness of submission
b. Compliance with Specifications/TERMS AND CONDITIONS/MENU
c. Bid Price and Services
Services shall be subject to inspection, and acceptance by the end-user.
The bidder who submitted the lowest calculated responsive quotation shall be awarded the Job Order after evaluation by the BAC.
