Tender are invited for 18-045 Pre-Qualification for Bridlewood Project Calgary Housing
Project Description : This RFPQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the category of C7400200 General Contractor for Buildings / Facilities. Up to five (5) of the highest rated proponents of this RFPQ will be invited to participate in a Request for Tenders (RFT) Fixed Price Construction (FPC) Delivery Method. RFT is anticipated to be issued in Q2 2019. As part of the Calgary Housing strategic plan, the intent of the Project is to construct sixty-two (62) new housing units, a stand-alone Community Hub building, and all associated site works. The purpose of this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) process is to pre-qualify up to five (5) of the highest rated proponents for eligibility in an invitational second-stage competitive process for the procurement of the deliverable. The anticipated posting of the invitational second stage Calgary Housing Request for Tender (RFT) is Q2 2019 and The City anticipates awarding one (1) contract. This RFPQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the category of C7400200 General Contractor for Buildings / Facilities.
