10th SFG CWT Winter Course Support
Sources Sought
This Sources Sought notice is issued to identify potential vendors capable of providing logistical assets and designated land use in and around Polebridge, Montana, to support training, evaluation, and certification of winter operational capabilities.
Period of Performance: 07JAN26 to 27MAR26
This Cold Weather Training is inherently terrain-dependent and demands integrated logistical infrastructure to ensure continuity. The training area offers temperatures and snowpacks that are equal to or more extreme than sub arctic environments. Another site must house a minimum of 50 students. Finally, an area of sufficient size must be established to accommodate a training camp to be erected to support both students and instructors to live and train on-site Monday through Thursday, thereby maximizing training efficiency and continuity.
The sites must be located in close proximity to one another to minimize unnecessary winter travel risks and to enable efficient transitions between classroom instruction and field execu...
