10-Storey Cancer Center to House Cancer Center with LINAC Bunker & Emergency Room Complex Expansion (Electrical Works - Phase I)
SCOPE OF WORKS
1. Supply and Installation of Primary Equipment, Accessories and Hardwares
a. Distribution Transformers (Required test reports, certificates, etc. must be submitted prior to delivery as specified in the Technical Specifications)
b. Primary Metering System and Accessories
c. Disconnect Switch & Protection System
d. Distribution Line System (Overhead and Under Ground Installation)
(Note: Hipot Testing of Power Cable shall be done before and after Terminations)
2. Supply and Installation of Panel boards. (Tin Plated Copper Bus bards; Hinged Type Dead Front Copper and Fully Bolted Construction)
a. Enclosed Circuit Breakers (ECB`s)
b. Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS-1)
(Note: All circuit breakers shall be equipped with Ground Fault Protection
3. Supply and Installation of Cable Trays (Fully Bolted Construction). Roughing-in and Cabling Works
a. Paralleling of Transformers
b. From Transformers to ECB`s
c. From ECB to ATS-1
4. Fabrication and Installation of Support and Brackets
5. Supply and Installation of System and Equipment Groundings
6. Civil Works (Note: Design and Build. Direct supervision of a Licensed Civil Engineer is required)
a. Service Entrance Concrete Pedestals
b. PVC Duct/Encasement and Manholes
c. Elevated Transformer Pad
d. Panel Concrete Pads (ECB`s and ATS-1)
e. Concrete Cutting, Chipping and Removal Works
f. Excavation and Back filling Works
g. Restoration and Painting Works
7. Other Related Works
a. Termination, Testing & Commissioning
b. Perform Complete Thermal Scanning and Submit Final Report including all necessary test results duly signed and sealed by PEE.
c. Secure necessary permits from Local Government Unit. All payment shall be paid by the Contractor.
d. Coordination with Ilocos Norte Electric Cooperative (INEC) is required. All primary equipment, accessories and hardwares must be approved by the Cooperative and installation shall conform to their standards.
e. As-Built Plan duly signed and sealed by a Professional Electrical Engineer (Electrical Works) & Licensed Civil/Structural Engineer (Civil Works)
